Builder – developer Roger Gardner has been in business since 1968. Originally from Buladean, NC, Gardner and his wife Sharon have lived in Unicoi since 1985. Gardner, who developed the distinctive residential community situated around Buffalo Valley Golf Course, specializes in custom homes highlighted by unique tile work and hardwood floors, among other amenities. Roger Gardner has also worked in commercial building in the Tri-Cities area. His business focus currently is the Unicoi area. Sharon Gardner is a Tennessee licensed real estate broker with State of Franklin Real Estate in Johnson City.
