William Forbes - Builder

Mitchell County, NC native William Forbes’ long career as a builder first took him to Washington, DC and the Baltimore area before settling in Unicoi County in 1994. Since that time Forbes has concentrated on the building of homes in residential subdivisions such as Spring Hill. His current development projects include Shepherd’s Branch subdivision on Marbleton Road and Marbleton Ridge located on the corner of Marbleton Road and Whispering Pines Road. Thoughtful restrictive covenants and a reverence for the landscape are hall marks of William Forbes homes.
