The Unicoi Water Utility District is comprised of 235 miles of federally regulated, state certified water line derived from treated and chlorinated Artesian Spring Water. Serving 1800 customers, Unicoi Water Utility District’s line pumps 750 gallons per minute and maintains 180 pounds per square inch on the water main. Six tanks are maintained in addition to a 500,000 gallon reserve.
