Owned since November 2007 by John and Sharon Bolus, Unicoi Market and Deli is conveniently located on Unicoi Drive, the Town of Unicoi’s main thoroughfare. Sharon Bolus is a former supervising partner of a local Sonic’s Drive-in. A former broadcast DJ, John Bolus is now continuing a family restaurant tradition. Unicoi Market and Deli offers gas, snacks, hot dogs, customized deli sandwiches and the Bolus family’s famous homemade pizza - made fresh daily.
