Motivation Electric

You can tell Mike Bailey is fascinated by electricity by the bolt of lightning which streaks across the side of his truck. With 25 years as an electrician, Mike has generated a significant clientele which includes not only residential, but commercial and industrial customers, as well. His industrial background comes from having worked for a number of years for Combustion Engineering, now Morgan Insulation, in Erwin. Motivation Electric serves not only Unicoi County, but most all of upper East Tennessee, ranging as far north as Roan Mountain and south to Greene County. Among other services, Motivation Electric provides 3-phase industrial wiring and control wiring. Mike says the name “Motivation” comes from his teenage years and a friend’s band he admired. He decided that the electric quality of the word “motivation” suited his company just fine. Mike Bailey is certified by the State of Tennessee, bonded and insured.
