Jones Hardware

Jones Hardware is an institution in Unicoi. This local gathering place and family hardware store was established by Sam and Hazel Jones in 1959. Today, along with Mom Hazel Jones, a second generation of the Jones family, Linda and Don Plemmons, preside over the popular traffic at this old-time hardware store – even providing hot coffee from the Coffee Fund for the early morning regulars who drop by to swap stories and discuss local politics just about every day, rain or shine, or snow on the ground. Jones Hardware supplies all the typical hardware inventory including paint, seed, nuts, bolts, weed eaters, blowers, hedge trimmers, plumbing supplies, chain saws, and much more. Flowering and garden plants are available in season.
