Established in 1986, Effler Construction is a family-owned, state-licensed excavation business with a focus on a commercial and industrial client base garnered from the Tri-Cities area. Effler Construction specializes in commercial and industrial water and sewer systems, but is also equipped for work in residential subdivisions. An equipment shop maintains and services company-owned machinery which includes trackhoes, backhoes, bulldozers, Bobcats, front-end loaders, sky-lifts, triaxle dump trucks, as well as tandem dump trucks. Effler Construction also offers trucking of asphalt.
