C.A.P.S. – Construction Asphalt Paving Services Inc.

Construction Asphalt Paving Services (C.A.P.S.) is a multi-faceted, family-owned business serving Unicoi, Washington and Carter Counties, as well as the municipalities of Johnson City, Elizabethton and Mountain City. With some 30 employees, C.A.P.S. completed more than 200 jobs in 2007, utilizing 100,000 tons of asphalt. The company, open from mid-March to mid-December, is fully equipped for both large and small jobs.
